ألقيت يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 3 / 9 /2024 محاضرة علمية مشتركة أنا وزميلي الدكتور عبد الرزاق الغزيوي بقاعة الهيئة الليبية للبحث العلمي أمام اللجنة العلمية للهيئة. المحاضرة بخصوص مقترح أنشاء المركز الوطني الاستشاري لإدارة النفايات، حيث تطرقت في هذه المحاضرة على ذكر أنواع النفايات والأضرار الصحية والبيئة التي تسببها في حالة عدم التعامل معها أو معالجتها بطرق سليمة، مع ذكر أهمية أنشاء مركز وطني استشاري لإدارة النفايات والأهداف الذي يسعي إليها هذا المركز الجديد في المساهمة في وضع تشريعات ولوائح وسياسات وطنية في مجال إدارة النفايات. مع أعداد تقارير ودراسات في هذا المجال وتعزيز التعاون مع الجهات المحلية الدولية مع تقديم برامج تدريبية وتعليمية وتوعوية، وتطوير استراتيجيات شاملة لإدارة وتخلص من النفايات بطرق صحيحة وفعالة.
On Tuesday 3/9/2024, my colleague Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Ghaziwi and I gave a joint scientific lecture in the hall of the Libyan Scientific Research Authority before the Authority’s Scientific Committee. The lecture was about the proposal to establish a national advisory centre for waste management. In this lecture, I mentioned the types of waste and the health and environmental damages it causes if it is not dealt with or treated in proper ways, while mentioning the importance of establishing a national advisory centre for waste management and the goals that this new centre seeks to achieve in contributing to the development of national legislation, regulations and policies in the field of waste management. With the preparation of reports and studies in this field and enhancing cooperation with local and international bodies, with the provision of training, educational and awareness programs, and the development of comprehensive strategies for managing and disposing of waste in correct and effective ways.
