أصدر السيد نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الصحة المكلف المهندس رمضان أحمد أبوجناح قرار رقم (2005) لسنة 2024 بخصوص تشكيل لجنة علمية تكون تحت أشراف إدارة المختبرات الطبية ومصارف الدم برئاسة السيد الدكتور عبد الرحمن فرارة وعضوية كل من السيد الدكتور المبروك الحطاب والسيد الدكتور محمد خليل والسيد الدكتور علاء الصلابي والسيد الدكتور الطاهر الثابت.
حيث تتولى اللجنة المذكورة المهام التالية:
- وضع معايير والضوابط للمختبرات الطبية ومصارف الدم.
- تطبيق إجراءات سياسات إدارة المخاطر البيولوجية في المختبرات ومصارف الدم.
- وضع برنامج تدريب للبحاث والأخصائيين بمختبرات الأحياء الدقيقة ورفع كفاءاتهم في مجال مقاومة الميكروبات للمضادات الحيوية ومواكبة أخر التقنيات الحديثة.
- وضع برنامج تدريب ورفع كفاءة العاملين بالمختبرات الطبية ومصارف الدم بإقامة ورش عمل على كيفية تطبيق إدارة الاعتماد الليبية.
- وضع الخطط الإستراتيجية لعملية تطوير وسائل التشخيص بالمختبرات الطبية ومصارف الدم بما يحقق الرفع من مستوى الأداة بالإدارة.
- العمل على وضع خطة لتنفيذ سياسة إدارة النفايات والمخلفات الطبية بالمختبرات ومصارف الدم.
القرار صدر في طرابلس 29 سبتمبر 2024.
Formation of a scientific committee in the Department of Medical Laboratories and Blood Banks at the Libyan Ministry of Health.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Health, Eng. Ramadan Ahmed Abu Janah, issued Decision No. (2005) of 2024 regarding the formation of a scientific committee under the supervision of the Department of Medical Laboratories and Blood Banks, headed by Dr. Abdul Rahman Farara and the membership of Dr. Al-Mabrouk Al-Hattab, Dr. Muhammad Khalil, Dr. Alaa Al-Salabi and Dr. Al-Taher Al-Thabet.
The aforementioned committee undertakes the following tasks:
1. Setting standards and controls for medical laboratories and blood banks.
2. Implementing procedures for biological risk management policies in laboratories and blood banks.
3. Developing a training program for researchers and specialists in microbiology laboratories and raising their competencies in the field of microbial resistance to antibiotics and keeping pace with the latest modern technologies.
4. Developing a training program and raising the efficiency of workers in medical laboratories and blood banks by holding workshops on how to apply the Libyan Accreditation Administration.
5. Developing strategic plans for the process of developing diagnostic tools in medical laboratories and blood banks in order to raise the level of the tool in the administration.
6. Work on developing a plan to implement the policy of managing medical waste and waste in laboratories and blood banks.
The decision was issued in Tripoli on September 29, 2024.
